This is bounce/no bounce to the extreme! Most bounce/no bounce routines look something like this: "Look, I can bounce the ball. You try. You can't do it! HA HA HA HA! I'm a magician and therefore am better than you." Why do magicians set themselves up against the audience? It is counterproductive for what we are trying to accomplish.
Next, usually no justification is given as to why magicians are using black balls. When was the last time you saw a black ball? Gumball machines dispense colorful balls. Toy stores sell colorful balls. Other than being a magic prop, what justification is there for using a black ball?
